A 240,000 sq.ft industrial facility built for MOTHERSON AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGIES & ENGINEEING at Biradwadi, Chakan, Pune. This project demonstrates Prarambh Industries capability in delivering large-scale manufacturing infrastructure with precision and quality.
The client required a 240,000 sq.ft precision manufacturing plant within a tight schedule while operations at the adjacent Plant-1 continued uninterrupted. Challenging black cotton soil conditions at Biradwadi demanded deep piling and heavy-duty floor design, with zero tolerance for settlement under loaded machine foundations.
Prarambh Industries mobilised a dedicated EPC team and ran parallel work streams — piling, structural steel erection, roof sheeting and MEP — on overlapping critical paths. Deep bored piles and reinforced raft foundations were deployed to counter soil variability, and a lean planning cadence kept site logistics clear while the neighbouring plant stayed operational.
The facility was handed over on schedule, achieving Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) certification with a structural system engineered for heavy presses and automated assembly lines. The client scaled up to a second adjacent phase on the strength of this delivery.
